History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Osco's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Osco is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
