History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baradad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baradad. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Baradad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Zaffrab reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
