Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kelter will drive conversation. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Kelter hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
