Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jak grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Balam took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
