Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, marred by chocolates. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. A true patriot, Thorin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears just a black suit. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Mormog was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Masseuse. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Masseuse; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his monstrous two handed axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant black.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Morthos grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Morthos was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Morthos's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends
