Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now owns his own business.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He sports a flattop hair cut. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Kyle wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Fulbar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Fulbar's homeland. Fulbar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
