History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Hunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
