History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Thervan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Thervan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chem grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
