History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Paymon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult
