History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A true patriot, Fulbar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Fulbar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.
