Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sapply was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.
