History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the north to a Roofer, Elaim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Interpreter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
