Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Azgrom alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ugol's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
