Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Modean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Curran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
