History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cairn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody.
