Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

History: Arnold was born with his father's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Carter. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
