Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His dark red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by drow. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ortegar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Theren will drive conversation. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently the stress of being a Laborer has made it difficult for him to sleep.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant red.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Painter. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
