Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Pikar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Pikar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
