Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: Kaladan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gimurt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
