He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Gimgen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spy and was forced into it by his family.
