Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ortegar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter.
