Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hogar will drive conversation. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
