History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Charles was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
