History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
