History: He was born in a small desert village. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Voice: Dark and ominous

Description: This younger middle-aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull violet iron scale mail, and a wedding ring on his left hand. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggan embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
