Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aerdeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aerdeth. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His fur is white and curly. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
