History: Spear was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Spear grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Spear. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in a small island village. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
