History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and money/treasure

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
