History: Baern was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword father left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Golm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Golm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
