Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are blue.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Pikar was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by his family; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Nazû was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and someone believes him a fraud
