Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Shivering was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Ronk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Animal Trainer business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
