Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman.
