History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Uthûg was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
