Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, marred by sweets. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
