History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Bathin was a troubled youth. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mreksh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mreksh. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Nicor and his spouse have recently divorced.
