Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tod isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Fallond hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Fallond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Architect, and he later adopted a second son.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
