Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a yellow shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Ernest is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kite studied abroad. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: Standing 4'5", this man wears a black coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Detective. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Detective soon after.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away
