Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Naal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is an amazing painter.

History: Naal was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Curran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paelias will drive conversation. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
