Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Banker like his mother before him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
