He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
