History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Quarion was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
