History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Ortegar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
