Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Akmen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Vassago was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vassago decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
