History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tarhun grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
