History: Rhogar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a brown shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Bundrigo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bundrigo decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
