History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
