History: Reirak hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
