Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Map Maker. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rangrim grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rangrim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Roofer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Delg was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ruler and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gray eyes and a pastel hat with a green feather.
Personality: Fargas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Fargas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Fargas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has money and likes to spend it
