Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears an entirely blue suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Vanuath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He comes from a rich western family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he is greedy

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Arnold was born with his father's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He has worked as a Beggar like his father before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Paggen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
