History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
